Three arrested after camper seriously hurt

Three men were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a camper was found seriously injured in a woodland in Bath.

The trio, all in their 30s, were arrested on Wednesday, June 4, after the man was found with serious head injuries in woods off The Weal in Weston.
Two of the suspects were released on conditional bail while the third was still in police custody on Thursday, June 5.
The incident first came to light in the early hours of Wednesday morning when cries of pain were heard and reported to police.
