Bath City have signed Will Jenkins Davies from Plymouth Argyle.
The midfielder is Darren Way's third summer arrival, following Brad Ash and Mitch Beardmore.
Jenkins Davies spent most of the last two years on loan at Torquay United, and is pleased to remain in National League South.
"When the opportunity came up, I thought it was a good thing for me and my career," said Jenkins Davies, who turns 21 in October.
"I've been on the phone with Darren Way quite a lot.
"He talked me through his plans for the upcoming season - the sort of players he's got, what he expects from the football club and myself.
"It aligned with my views and I'm really looking forward to getting going.
"Hopefully we can help progress the football club as well."
Jenkins Davies was on Plymouth's books during Way's stint as U18 manager, making his league debut a month after his 17th birthday.
The Torquay-born former Wales U18 international made 75 appearances for Torquay during separate loan spells, scoring 15 goals.
His teammates included Ash and Ollie Tomlinson.
"They said it's a great place to come and play football," said Jenkins Davies.
"I know the manager very well too.
"I like Brad a lot, hopefully we can link up on the pitch.
"I know Ollie really well, I played with him at Plymouth as well as Torquay.
