A Bath couple were “very lucky” after the fall of a beloved tree narrowly missed coming through their window.
Above, the fallen tree narrowly missed the window of a house in Parade Gardens. Below left, the tree as it was before it came down. Below right, the tree being removed with a crane.

Peter and Brett Moore live at the end of North Parade Buildings, a beautiful Georgian street which was dominated by an iconic Box-elder tree.
But just after 6pm on Friday, November 14 the tree was brought down while Somerset was battered by Storm Claudia.
