Balloon just misses roofs of houses

A hot air balloon was spotted descending over a row of houses in Bath as neighbours rushed to their windows to watch.

One eyewitness described the scene as an emergency landing, although the balloon’s owner said “all was well”.
The balloon was taking an evening flight on Friday (September 26) when it began to approach a residential area at around 6.30pm.
