Brad Ash has signed permanently for Bath City following his release from Torquay United.
The striker spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan from the Gulls, scoring seven goals in 22 appearances.
He was recalled by Paul Wotton's side for their final day win at Hemel Hempstead Town.
Ash appeared as a substitute in their 1-0 loss at home to Boreham Wood in the play-off semi-finals, his final outing after two seasons at Plainmoor, where he made 66 outings and scored 16.
The 29-year-old confirmed his delight in returning to Twerton Park.
"I'm ecstatic," said Ash.
"I'm really excited to be back here, I can't wait.
"I loved every second from the moment I came in. It's a special club, the fans have been amazing. They're a massive factor in me coming back.
"I was getting messages each say saying 'are you coming back?' It's everything you want as a player."
Ash was manager Darren Way's first signing and he immediately made an impact, netting against former side Chippenham Town on Boxing Day in a 3-0 win.
"Daz [Darren Way] has helped massively," said Ash.
"The way he wants us to play suits me.
"That's massive for a player. I think each game I was getting better and better.
