SSO to press ahead with 2026 calendar

The Social Security Office (SSO) is moving ahead with its 2026 calendar project, highlighting its role as a communication tool for insured members despite scrutiny over its 49-million-baht budget.

SSO spokeswoman Niyada Seneemanomai said yesterday that the calendar project has been open for e-bidding since July 21, as the SSO wanted the calendar to promote public awareness and provide contact information for the agency.

While acknowledging concerns about costs, she said the Social Security Board had instructed the SSO to revise the budget and adjust production volumes based on stakeholder feedback.
