Democrats rule out early talks

Democrat Party leader and prime ministerial candidate Abhisit Vejjajiva said the party's political stance after the Feb 8 election would depend entirely on the results.
He emphasised that whichever party wins the most seats has the right to form a government first. Speaking during a campaign visit to Saengthip Market in Bangkok's Watthana district, Mr Abhisit said the area was his former constituency and that he felt a sense of familiarity with local residents.
