Centara targets 15% revenue growth

Bangkok Post

Despite a tourism contraction nationwide, Centara Hotels & Resorts (CHR) still expects a 5% year-on-year increase in revenue per available room (RevPar) in 2025, driven by the high season and strong arrivals from European and Indian markets.

Centara targets 15% revenue growth

The company plans to open 6-8 more hotels next year, mostly under management contracts, targeting 10-15% revenue growth.

Chief executive Thirayuth Chirathivat said Chinese arrivals, which plunged by 30% year-on-year, contributed less than 10% of the total guests in Centara's portfolio.

In the fourth quarter, its hotels have attracted more diverse markets, especially from Europe and India, helping CHR boost daily room rates to enable a strong performance for the year.
