AG pressed for in-depth Senate poll probe

A group of reserve senators yesterday called on the attorney-general to ensure a comprehensive investigation takes place into alleged collusion in the 2024 Senate selection process.
Thanawat Srisuk, together with Saroj Suwanwong and Naphat Chotepruekchukul, submitted a letter calling for a thorough review of the case, which they said involved a large and complex network rather than isolated individuals.
Mr Thanawat said a similar letter would be submitted to the directorgeneral of the Special Litigation Department, the Election Commission (EC) and the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), urging all these agencies to scrutinise the case carefully.
