12 alumni chefs set to elevate Thai flavours

The Dusit Thani College Alumni Association presents “Journey Of Flavor A Twist For The Better Together”, an exclusive 7-course dinner of Thai cuisine, at Square One Restaurant, Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel, Srinakarin Road, on Oct 3 from 6pm to 10pm.

This is a special collaboration between 12 celebrated alumni chefs and one award-winning sommelier. They will reinterpret the culinary heritage of Thailand’s five regions in a contemporary style, with each course thoughtfully crafted from locally sourced ingredients to support Thai farmers across the country.
