£11mboost from social house firm

One of Ayrshire’s leading social housing providers is set to invest more than £11 million in its homes across urban and rural communities.

Ayrshire Housing outlined its investment plans at the launch of its new Business Plan 2030, presenting detailed plans of what the housing association will deliver over the next five years.

Launching the plan Ayrshire Housing's chief executive, Lesley-Anne Junner, said: “We are very much an anchor within the communities we serve, and will continue to expand and improve the services we offer.

“Over the next five years we will continue to deliver up-to-date, affordable homes which are warm, safe and well-maintained.

“Our people are delivering excellence for our customers and communities.”
