The Navrangpura police have initiated a probe against certain 'visa agents' from Punjab, Haryana and Dubai and also people associated with two angadia firms, on a complaint filed by a Nadiad-based visa processor duped of Rs 78 lakh on a scheme to send four persons to Canada via Dubai.
