Celebrations include mega blood donation, health camps, cleanliness drives, prayers and 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar' launch with leaders' participation across Gujarat
Gujarat joined the nation-wide celebration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday on Wednesday.
The state government, the ruling BJP and voluntary organisations organised several programmes, including blood donation and medical camps, across the state. In Vadnagar, people organised blood donation and eye checkup camps, offered prayers at the famous Hatkeshwar Mahadev temple and held a cleanliness campaign to celebrate the day.
