The 108 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) ensured a smooth and efficient Diwali operation across Gujarat by handling 5,406 emergencies during the festive period - marking a 12.06% spike compared to normal days.

Based on current trends, 108-EMS anticipates a continued rise in emergency cases during the upcoming festive days, with a projected 18.24% increase on New Year and 12.11% on Bhai Dhooj.
