The Rs 69 crore tender for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation's (AMC) Mission Four Million Trees campaign has been put on hold for over a week following concerns raised by the Standing Committee (SC) regarding 18% GST levy. The delay comes amid efforts by committee members to prevent an estimated Rs 11-12 crore potential overcharging. The proposal will again be presented to the Standing Committee Meeting on Thursday.
