YEAR 11 students explored the pathways open to them after school at #AmazingAccrington’s annual Futures Event and Education Summit.

A landmark day of opportunity and collaboration took place at Accrington Stanley's 1968 Lounge on Friday where students were welcomed alongside business and education leaders. Careers in the armed forces and the police, to further education and vocational training were discussed.
‘The event brought together a wide range of exhibitors including Lancashire Constabulary, the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Hyndburn Borough Council, Myerscough College, Vital Synergy and many more.
Partners for the event included Accrington Stanley, Accrington and Rossendale College and Blackburn College.
