Club brings back weightloss programme

GREAT Harwood Rovers have launched a second X-Pert Free Weightloss programme for health and weight loss.
-
The programme, which began on April 23, is open to men and women and is free to participate in.
X-Pert Free Weightloss is a 12-week programme designed for people who want to participate in football - either by playing or volunteering but feel they aren't fit enough.
This initiative aims to support people who wish to tackle their weight issues and improve their health through helpful advice and encouragement in a social group.
