MORE than 1,000 people visited a new free Twilight event despite the incredibly wet weather.

The new event was organised by KSEvents and held in Rhyddings Park in Oswaldtwistle.
Many families enjoyed the illuminated and interactive areas of the park with the Silent Disco being a popular favourite.
