A GOAL in each half from Aron Collins and Jayden Nielsen maintained the status quo for Bristol Manor Farm, as they secured their place in the Southern League Division One South after a well-earned home win over Saltash United in their play-off fixture.
In-front of a healthy crowd, Farm rarely looked in danger and snuffed out a valiant display from the Ashes, who must now regroup after finishing runners-up in the division below as another campaign in the Western League beckons.
It was an emotional time for all connected with the Portwaymen, a year to the day since they lost much-loved chairman Geoff Sellek to cancer.
