A dynamic leader, an astute entrepreneur, and a relentless advocate for the people, Keerthi Reddy is the spirit of modern leadership

As a woman leader from Telangana, how is your journey in the political landscape?
Politics is not an easy job, whether it is for men or women. As a woman entering politics, it is even more challenging in spite of a focus on equal opportunities for all. Most of the top leaders are men, so there are often mind blocks that a woman may succumb to family responsibilities and may not do justice to crucial roles. So we have to work harder to prove our calibre. I worked diligently, unwavering in my mission of mobilising grassroots campaigns and strengthening the party's presence in the Jubilee Hills constituency. By addressing voter list discrepancies, I am ensuring that Telangana moves toward a permanent, authentic, and verifiable electoral system. My work was recognised, and I was appointed Vice-President of Hyderabad Central District in 2023.
