Shahana Goswami's film career veers away from the tested with a rich and diverse portfolio
-

Shahana Goswami believes that women will increasingly gain precedence in the film industry over the coming few years, not just as actors but also as scriptwriters, directors, producers and everything that is the name of the game in Bollywood and international movie circuits.
With a variety of roles through her 35 films since she started acting in 2006, she has gained fame in film festivals worldwide as over half of her movies have won acclaim when showcased overseas, even if they were not released in India. Goswami has never had a problem with small roles, as long as they are meaningful to her and catch audience attention, which is exactly what she has done throughout her acting career.
