FLIGHT OF FANCY
LE BEC FIN
First opened in 2018, North Point’s Le Bec Fin has overcome the odds of its location to go from strength to strength—the latest development being the opening of a new private room and a cocktail bar to coincide with its fifth anniversary. In the private room, diners can tuck into bespoke seasonal offerings from head chef Ishiba Masaki (previously of Kikunoi and La Bombance) like charcoal-grilled Hokkaido kinki fish in a dashi ankake sauce, Josper charcoal-grilled Ōmi Wagyu sando, and chicken paitan ramen. lebecfin.hk
