A RAY OF HOPE A TWIST IN THE TALE

In that realm of wonder, we often weave new tales—ones with unexpected turns. And there is a Twist in my Tale too.

It had been raining all afternoon—one of those slow, steady drizzles that turns the whole world into a watercolor painting. The rain poured endlessly, drumming softly against rooftops and windows like a lullaby for the soul. The sky was smudged with hues of grey, the trees bowed gently under the weight of water, and a cold breeze carried the scent of damp earth through the air. It was the perfect kind of weather that made anyone desperate to stay in, curl up with a warm drink, and lose yourself in a good book.

And for me, there was only one book that fit the mood “Dracula” by Bram Stoker.

As soon as I reached home, soaked from the unexpected downpour, I made my way to the bathroom and changed into something warm and comfortable. I went down to my study room. It was my sanctuary—lined with shelves of old books, soft lighting, and a large bay window where I could sit and watch the rain trail down the glass. I settled into my favorite chair with a thick blanket and the book in hand.

From the moment I opened the novel, the outside world began to dissolve.
