Under The GRANDFLUENCE Suzi Grant

How was the experience of starting Alternative Ageing in 2014?

I had to learn a lot of new skills, which I think is really important to take on board when you get well over 60, to keep using your head. There were elements of photography I couldn't get together, like filming food and making it look beautiful. I did online courses to make my photography better. Somebody taught me to edit my videos. I've evolved as the whole of social media has evolved—I never want to be irrelevant. I've got wonderful followers on Instagram and YouTube. My big audiences are here and in America, Australia, Canada—just all over.

The term “positive ageing” that you use instead of “anti-ageing” is inspiring. Do you think attitudes towards ageing are changing?
