Lauren Zonfrillo has cooked up a touching tribute to her late husband Jock, two years after his sudden death – she has finished his last-ever cookbook.

Titled Recipes to Remember and released on July 29, the posthumous cookbook features recipes Jock loved, as well as passages about food and life that he'd written, and photos from the Zonfrillo family albums.
