Who says Koffee with Karan isn't educational? On the first episode of Season 7, Ranveer Singh talked about his 'multiple' sex playlists that help him spice things up between the sheets. While Alia Bhatt, his couch companion, said she didn't have one, we dug in and discovered that there are legit studies that suggest music can help rev up your sex life.

Leeza Mangaldas, 32, a sex-positive content creator, says, "Music has the wonderful potential to ignite or expand a mood. Music can be evocative and a playlist can certainly help create the atmosphere. This holds for both solo and partnered sexual experiences."

The song that works for Leeza? She reveals that her favourite song is Cozy from Beyoncé's new album Renaissance. "I'm generally a fan of upbeat music that celebrates femininity; it makes me feel sexy, she reveals. But music is subjective. While for some a fun, upbeat song would work well, others might prefer a slow, mellow number to get into the mood.

For instance, Sharan Sanil, 27, prefers a calm song like Poetry: How Does It Feel Now? by Akua Naru. "I'm a big fan of jazz and spoken word, and this song combines both in a really great, sensual way." Fatema Sidhpurwala, 27, belongs to the mellow group too. For her, CKay's Love Nwantiti is the 'it' song because "it's mostly music and the focus is not on lyrics."
