IFCA AND TPCI LAUNCH 'VIKSIT BHARAT: INDIAN CUISINE IN 2047"

The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), in collaboration with the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), has launched a groundbreaking national contest - "Viksit Bharat: Indian Cuisine in 2047."

The initiative invites chefs, culinary professionals, students, and enthusiasts from across India to imagine what Indian cuisine will look like in the year 2047 - the centenary year of India's independence.

The winner will earn an allexpenses-paid international trip to represent India and IFCA at one of TPCI's global B2B meetings or international trade events, showcasing Indian culinary excellence on the world stage.
