The Goa Startup Policy 2021-25, implemented through the Startup & IT Promotion Cell (SITPC) under the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, provides a structured foundation. The policy offers a range of incentives, from subsidies on co-working spaces and mentorship programs to reimbursements for patents, trademarks, and R&D. It is designed to help early-stage ventures survive their fragile beginnings while encouraging innovation aligned with Goa's priorities.
