Established in the late 1980s with a desire to overcome the limitations of natural stone, Caesarstone introduced the world to quartz surfaces, offering an alternative that's engineered for everyday living. Colleen Burns, the Regional Sales Manager in Ireland, states that, 'The engineered stone category is born from failings in natural materials; porosity, hidden fissures and cracks, susceptibility to stains and chips, thermal shocks etc. So, the functional elements of an engineered stone were critical.'

From there, the brand has gone on to redefine what is possible in surface design, pushing the limits of manufacturing technology, materials research, and aesthetic potential.
