TUCKED in the rugged tundra of northern Iceland's Troll Peninsula, Eleven Deplar Farm — once a 15th-century sheep farm — all but disappears into its surroundings thanks to a traditional turfed roof. Step inside and the contrast is striking. The interiors, created in collaboration with Twelve Interiors, are layered, inviting and warm, combining the cosiness of hygge with the sleek lines of mid-century icons by Wegner, Ditzel, Wormley and Møller. A thoughtfully curated collection of Icelandic art reinforces the sense of place, while panoramic windows capture the ever-changing drama of the landscape beyond.
