METHOD: FOR HALWA:

• Grate the apple and beetroot separately.

• Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the grated beetroot and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until the raw smell dissipates.

• Add the grated apple and mawa, stirring well for 3-4 minutes. Then, mix in the sugar, cardamom powder and assorted nuts.
