'The main problem with the kitchen was that it was quite dated and not very stylish - not surprising as we had originally put it in around 19 years ago,' says Luba. It was also dark and we wanted an island that we could sit around together. We decided to employ an architect to design the whole thing including a small extension and the addition of bifold doors. Hammond builders did all the building work and Drew Forsyth kitchens did the rest.
