Dr. Jayadeva was a dedicated son of Shri Yogendraji. In fact, a senior teacher, who was fortunate to be trained under two generations at The Yoga Institute, shared that Yogendraji often said that Jayadeva was a better Yogi than him. Apparently, Dr. Jayadeva wanted to study medicine but upon his father's wish to take the work of yoga forward, took up teaching at The Yoga Institute.
