How to become more mindful

We are all busy trying to balance work, personal matters and our own individual needs. In a way, it feels very natural to want to know what else is going around you. We tend to experience FOMO - Fear of Missing Out, but the fact is if you are always focusing on what is happening around you, you will never be able to appreciate what is happening right in front of you.
Luckily, we all have the ability to be mindful of where we are and what we are doing in the present moment. The only challenge is accessing the ability on a continuous basis.
