A little step every day goes a long way
In the Yoga Shastra as well as in philosophy, it Iis stated that the action of a human being is his or her own action and that the person will have to bear the effects of that action. In other words, one has to keep the consequences of one’s actions in mind. But, as we can observe, humans generally do not give proper thought and consideration before carrying out any action. It is rather a reaction. If something happens, they react; if a certain situation occurs, they react. If some problem arises, they start worrying. So we tend to mainly resort to reactions all the time in life. We don’t give proper thought and understanding before doing any action. A person is either sitting and worrying, becoming unhappy, depressed, is tense, or busy improving or changing somebody else. People keep looking at what others are doing and are busy correcting them, but they are unable to do what they are supposed to do.
