The daytime telly star reveals how changing her mindset helped her lose 2st

It's no secret that Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has battled with her weight. During her five decades in the spotlight, the star, 60, has been open about her struggles with maintaining a healthy weight and shape. From releasing fitness DVDs and being a size 8 at her smallest, to being a size 20 at her largest, Coleen admits, 'I've done every single diet on the planet.'
But it was in 2020, when she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, that the presenter decided to take her health seriously once and for all. 'I was one-and-a-half marks off being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,' Coleen recalls, adding, 'It was a shock.'
While she jokes, 'It's been a wake-up call to say, "OK, fatty, you've had enough snacks, step away from the fridge," it was enough of a scare for the mum of three to change her habits when it came to eating. As she confesses, 'I feel much better than I've ever felt,' we take a look at how Coleen adopted a healthier way of eating...
