2-3 servings 10 minutes

4 cups baby spinach

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup walnuts, toasted

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, goat cheese, and walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
