Writing has been linked with psychological and physical benefits. A mindful writing practice can brighten your quality of awareness, helping you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives.

Writing is a Healthy Exercise

Writing is the painting of the voice. It makes no noise, except groans, and it can be done everywhere, and it is done alone. It makes you organize your thoughts better. Simple writing exercises can provide individuals with significant health benefits. When we don't feel like talking to anyone, writing can be our voice. Writing helps us to explore and express emotions. It's a way for us to purge pain and fear and to record accomplishments and chart progress.

Writing has been linked with psychological and physical benefits. Psychological such as improved mood, greater well-being, lower stress levels, fewer depressive symptoms etc. Physical such as lower blood pressure, improved lung & liver functioning, decreased time spent in the hospital etc. When writing by hand or typing into a computer, we use different parts of our brain, which affects our ability to learn.

• Writing Gives:

1. Communicate with clarity.

2. Eliminate stress.

3. Learn more

4. Have a lot of written memories

5. Overcome tough moments faster

6. Live more focused

7. Gain awareness of your reality

8. Make better decisions

9. Be happier

10. Be more productive etc.
