Winter and your skin feels dry, rough, and scaly. Worrying isn’t it!! Do you know it’s not only the cold weather but also the lack of hydration, lack of nutrients, not wearing winter protection clothing, etc., harming skin? And the most important thing to remember is that improper care can lead to irritated, cracked, reddish, itchy skin and a burning sensation.
• Some natural remedies for skin care in winter: Following a proper skincare routine with some natural remedies can help moisturize and repair the damage on skin. Let’s look at some of the natural remedies to make skin healthy and glowing:
• Body Mists: These are quick remedies for dry skin. They can keep skin hydrated throughout the day. Just spraying plain water will make skin dry and tight. Hence adding the moisturizing agent to the water can help create natural moisturizers or body mists.
Hibiscus-rose water spray is an excellent natural winter moisturizer that is helpful if you have sensitive and dry skin. In order to prepare it, boil 4-5 Hibiscus flowers in a water bowl. Then add a few drops of rose water and put it in a spray bottle. Use it throughout the day.
