Halloween Treats (without any tricks)

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips & Pumpkin Fluff

My family always gets the munchies before heading out to trick-or-treat on Halloween. This sweet pumpkin snack is our favorite because it's ready fast thanks to premade ingredients.

Grand Prize Cinnamon Tortilla Chips & Pumpkin Fluff

Prep: 25 min. + chilling
Bake: 10 min./batch
Makes: about 3 cups fluff and 56 chips

1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
4 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed (about 1⅓ cups)

10 flour tortillas (8 in.)
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

1. In a small bowl, beat pumpkin, pudding mix and cinnamon until mixture begins to thicken, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping until well combined. Cover; refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

2. Preheat oven to 375°. Brush tortillas with butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Using a 3¼-in. cookie cutter, cut tortillas into Halloween shapes. Place tortillas on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over tortillas. Bake until edges just begin to brown, 6-8 minutes. Serve with chilled pumpkin dip.
