KITA FOOD FESTIVAL: UNITING CULTURES THROUGH CUISINE

The Kita Food Festival is set to make its return to Malaysia and Singapore in 2023, offering a range of exciting culinary events throughout September and October.

The festival, organized by Malaysian-born chef Darren Teoh, Australian-born food and travel journalist Leisa Tyler, and Malaysian-born Adrian Yap, aims to celebrate Southeast Asian culinary culture and inspire the next generation of food producers.
With a series of dining events and food celebrations scheduled from September 27 in Kuching, October 13-16 in Penang, October 1923 in Singapore, and October 26-30 in Kuala Lumpur, the festival promises to be a diverse and engaging experience for food enthusiasts. Renowned local and international chefs will participate in fine dining and casual dining events, including the highly anticipated Big Sunday Barbecues and The Great Mezze.
