Manisha Shazad Rustomji, Executive Director, is a multifaceted professional with a background in fashion design and a doctorate in Alternative Medicine specializing in skin aesthetics. She gained international recognition at Mrs. Universe 2022, securing a spot in the Top 25 and winning the Mrs. Best Charity Award. She was also a Top 20 finalist and Beyond Motivation titleholder at Mrs. India Inc. A former Public Relations Manager, she actively leads CSR initiatives and has been honored with the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar National Contribution Award for Best Influencer and the Environment Award for her impact on society and sustainability.

What inspired you to enter the pageant world?

I’ve always believed that beauty is about confidence and self-expression, not just appearances. Pageantry fascinated me because it’s a platform where women can showcase their intelligence, elegance, and strength. My journey began with a deep passion for grooming and personal development, and over time, I realized I could help other women refine their presence, whether for pageants, careers, or everyday life.

How has pageantry evolved over the years?

It has transformed beautifully! Today, it’s not just about physical beauty; it’s about individuality, advocacy, and purpose. The modern pageant woman is not just graceful—she’s well-spoken, aware, and a leader in her own right. I love seeing how women are embracing their unique strengths rather than trying to fit a mold.

What are your top five grooming tips for women to look and feel their best?

Skincare before makeup: A well-cared-for face needs less foundation. Hydrate, exfoliate, and protect your skin.
