Inspired by the universe of water sports, the HydroConquest is a sought-after classic at Longines, favoured for its modern elegance and technical excellence. Newly redesigned, the latest iterations boast a fresh-new sensibility: a sleek design, and an exclusive Longines GMT movement — a first for this collection launched in 2007. Besides being in proud possession of underwater sports codes, the new HydroConquest GMT also displays time simultaneously in two time zones, a function that benefits travellers.

Borrowing from the Swiss watchmaker’s historic expertise and rich heritage in developing timepieces with multiple time zones, a concept it introduced in wristwatches as early as 1925, the Longines GMT’s retro-inspired design makes perfect sense. The watch is powered by the exclusive Longines GMT calibre, equipped with a silicon balance spring and innovative components in non-magnetic materials. Not only is the movement 10 times more resistant to magnetic fields than the ISO 764 benchmark standard, but it is also extremely precise, replete with a 72-hour power reserve.
