Veejay Floresca still hasn't fully processed that she is Project Runway's Season 21 winner. When we spoke in July, the designer had not yet watched the current season of the show; she also hadn't told her friends and family about the outcome. But given that she's spent over a decade working toward this goal, it makes sense that it'd take a while to wrap her head around it.
