But recently more celebs are choosing to be open about the procedures they're getting done.

US gold medallist SIMONE BILES recently took to TikTok to address the issue after she had breast enhancements a few months ago.

In the video Simone (28) revealed she's had three surgeries - a lower blepharoplasty for eye bags, an earlobe repair to fix a childhood injury and breast augmentation.

Speaking to People, the gymnast explained she wanted to be transparent about her surgery because there are a lot of unrealistic beauty expectations being set on social media.
