Globe-trotting American food expert Adam Richman has cooked up a rather unusual way of sampling Britain's best grub - using a map as his menu!
'I'm tracking down world-famous foods that share their names with the places in Britain they were created,' explains the New Yorker, who tucks in to some of the UK's most iconic foods and dishes in his new 10-part series Adam Richman Eats Britain.
