Dedicated Joyce Highland experiences turmoil when she tries to help a troublesome patient this week.
On her rounds, Joyce (Renee Bailey) is making visits to curmudgeonly pensioner Alf Cottered (David Troughton), who's recently had prostate surgery and lives in a squalid tenement flat. But Joyce battles to keep her cool when Alf makes racist digs.
