Grab your notebooks and prepare to hunt for clues as The Masked Singer bursts back on to ITV1 for a seventh outing.

Joel Dommett is master of ceremonies once again for the hit guessing game, as 12 more colourful characters serenade returning detectives Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Maya Jama and Mo Gilligan, who will attempt to fathom out the celebrities hiding behind the disguises.

There's also a new twist as the opening two episodes of the eight-part run are headlined by The Masked Singer Band, with Goldfish leading the group No Trout in Saturday night's show, while Emperor Penguin fronts the Antarctic Funkeys on Sunday. The panel must identify both mystery performers, which, coupled with two characters from the main competition, means there'll be four unmaskings across this weekend!
