She was simply there with her mom, a huge GH fan, to see her husband, Carlo Rota, who had just started stirring up trouble as Jenz Sidwell. But when she met executive producer Frank Valentini, he floated the idea of her joining the ABC soap. “I was thinking, ‘He’s being polite,’” Contractor recalls. “I’m an actor. You hear that, and rarely anything comes of it.”
