In a bustling event held on May 10, 2023, Amitabh Kant, the G20 Sherpa of India, presented his new book titled "Made In India," which was officially launched by Dr. S Jaishankar, the Minister of External Affairs of the Government of India.

The book launch drew prominent figures such as Sanjiv Bajaj, President of CII & SMD at Bajaj FinServ; Mallika Srinivasan, Chairman of PSEB & CMD at TAFE; TV Narendran, CEO & MD at Tata Steel; Naina Lal Kidwai, Ex-President of FICCI & Ex-CEO at HSBC India, and journalist Shereen Bhan. The event, held in New Delhi, attracted a large and enthusiastic audience.
Amitabh Kant's contributions to India's progress are highly regarded, having previously served as the CEO of NITI Aayog and as a dedicated bureaucrat. He is credited with spearheading successful initiatives like Make in India, Startup India, Incredible India!, and God's Own Country, all of which have positioned India as a premier manufacturing and tourism destination globally. In his latest book, "Made In India," Kant delves into the remarkable journey of India's economy over the past 75 years since gaining independence. He not only chronicles its history and growth but also emphasizes the pivotal reforms that have shaped the nation's economy. Additionally, he highlights the influential business leaders who have left an indelible impact on Indian society and presents a roadmap for future progress.
